If the Stroller Fits, Buy it!
Being a first time mom and completing my registry was a bit of a challenge. One of my biggest challenges was choosing the right stroller. I had tried out a few in the store to really see which was the best fit for me. The UPPAbaby Cruz stroller really pulled through for me it was lightweight, durable, safe (being my biggest concern) and of course the most stylish one. I instantly fell in love with this stroller and knew this was the right one for me. I chose the Gregory color and couldn't be happier with the premium full-grain leather accents (Blue Menage/Silver/Saddle Leather) that UPPAbaby Cruz has to offer!
When my son was an infant I used the Mesa carseat that easily clicked into the Cruz stroller (no adapters necessary) it was so easy and so quick to take him from the car into the stroller with just one click (especially for those moms like myself who are always on the go.) The Mesa carseat and the Cruz stroller together delivers a performance travel system that is safe and portable. What I loved the most about it was the fact that I could always click in using one hand and it is super light weight as well.
Fast forward to about 4 months old, my son was able to be sturdy enough to sit in the Toddler seat (which I was super excited about) This seat made it so much more comfortable on our walks, trips to the mall, out to dinner and so on. This seat is reversible so you can have your baby facing you (which I always loved) or facing outwards and it also reclines making it even better for little naps along the way. My son always loves to take naps in this seat and another added bonus is that the pop-out UPF 50+ sunshade provides extra sun protection for your little one so you never have to worry about them being too much in the sun, I used this a lot this summer after sunscreen and a hat was applied. Another amazing thing about this stroller is that it is so easy to fold with or without the seat attached to it. I absolutely love the extra-large storage basket that holds up to 25lbs, this is great because theres extra room for not only your diaper bag, but other items as well making it more convenient when you are on the go.
The bottom line is and I stick with my original thought, "If the stroller fits, buy it" and the UPPAbaby Cruz was definitely the perfect fit for my family and I. I received this stroller as a registry gift at my baby shower and it was my favorite gift that I ever received (along with my matching Mesa car seat) I strongly recommend the UPPAbaby Cruz stroller to all moms if you want style (my dad always jokes and says its the ferrari of all strollers), convenience, safety and portability. What's even better is that you can fit a maximum of two children with this stroller by adding the Cruz piggyback which made me consider it more because eventually(a few years and God willing) my family will be expanding. Another plus was the rain shield and bug shield that fits perfectly over your toddler seat preventing any bugs on your little one (I was always cautious of this) and for those rainy days the rain shield was very convenient. Overall, if I had to make the decision of purchasing a stroller again for the first time UPPAbaby would be my choice over and over.
