More About Us

After becoming a mom, I noticed that although there are a lot of mommy blogs out there, they all come up short (for me). I get through the days of motherhood via coffee and sarcasm. I figured tons of other moms might feel the way I did, that existing sites for mommies lack the humor we need to keep us sane. I chose to create this platform for that very reason.

I wanted a place to share my experiences and what I learn along the way. My hope is that other moms (especially first timers like me) would maybe learn, but more importantly laugh, at what I have to say.

Being pregnant at the same time as my best friend made it a little more enjoyable (I threw up for 4 months straight so yes, only a little). Our story proves that God is seriously comical with his timing, and that true friendship can help you move a mountain (which I felt like by month 6).

Santino and Alexa’s son, Carter, are only 3 weeks apart (and they’re already total mommy’s boys). More than anything else, our babies are our reason for all that we do, including this blog. In addition to baby mama stories and insight, we look forward to sharing the happiness that these boys give us with you all.
